I'm Nico. Pleased to meet you.
I’m a born Amsterdammer, the son of an educated rocker from Jakarta and an adventuress from Belfast, natively fluent in Dutch and English.
In another life I’ve been a writer, an editor, a voice actor, and wrote a comic that won a little award. Creativity is in my blood, but none of my exploits hold a candle to my love and devotion for photography.
A wedding photographer based in the Netherlands, I’ve had the pleasure of documenting the unions of Dutch and French couples, Irish, Serbian and Croatian – I even flew out to California for an American couple. Let me tell you, that was no great hardship.
Life doesn’t happen in a studio, so I shoot my clients’ portraits in their homes, parks, gardens and monuments.
I look forward to hearing from you!
